We are using the current downtime to develop a new culinary concept and expand the facilities at the Seehotel Einwaller ready for summer 2021.
Over the years we have talked to our guests and asked them what they would like to improve at the hotel. The result? More freedom, flexibility and relaxation. Curate your own made-to-measure holiday experience on the shores of Lake Achensee. We look forward to welcoming you.
Dining Experience
Italian flair in the Austrian Alps
"Dining Experience" is a variation on traditional dinner. It brings the best of Italy's famous culinary culture to the Austrian Alps. For us it means taking traditional local dishes and adding a unique Italian touch. The result is more choice at dinner – and Mediterranean flair on the shores of Lake Achensee.
Here's how it works
Each day you can decide until 12:00 midday if you would like to book the Dining Experience for €22 per person. That means your room comes with breakfast as standard. In the evening you can choose to either dine with us or eat out.

We want you to enjoy the real taste of Bella Italia as you look out over our beautiful lake. That's why we have recruited top Italian chef Theo Falser to join us as a culinary coach at here the Seehotel Einwaller.
Theo Falser will support our kitchen team led by head chef Gerhard Steinberger. Gerhard is an institution at the Seehotel Einwaller and joined the hotel years ago when our parents were still in charge. He is always keen to try new things in the kitchen, which is how he and Theo came up with the Dining Experience.

During the summer months there is nothing quite like taking a seat on our terrasse overlooking the lake and enjoying delicious specialties as the sun sets behind the mountains. That's what we call al fresco dining!

Holidays are about doing what you want when you want, so our new all-morning breakfast means you can sleep to your heart's content without missing the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is served from 8:00 until 11:00, combining healthy and hearty options that will give you plenty of energy for the day ahead.

Here at the Seehotel Einwaller we pride ourselves on being bold and innovative. This approach is reflected throughout the hotel, including in the new expanded restaurant and buffet.
