A new chapter begins at the Seehotel Einwaller in the summer of 2027. We are further developing our concept and creating a new holiday experience – mindful, relaxed and entirely at your own pace.
Your gourmet breakfast remains included as usual. We are deliberately scaling back our traditional evening service – yet culinary delights will remain an essential part of your stay, simply taking place at a different time of day. Until 7.00 pm (last order), we’ll serve you an à la carte selection featuring Einwaller’s favourite dishes, selected wines and fine drinks.
You can round off the evening wherever you feel most at home: in the garden, in the new Einwaller lounge or at your own favourite spot.

Get the best price by booking early! Our rates are per person per night and are set according to current occupancy levels. Our dynamic pricing model particularly rewards guests who book early.
Prices include Einwaller’s ‘GenussPlus’ package, excluding the local tax of EUR 3.00 per person (aged 15 and over) per night. You are also welcome to book the room with just the gourmet breakfast included (a deduction of €38 per person per night). Single occupancy of rooms is available on request.
Extended gourmet breakfast from 8 am to 11 am with healthy overnight oats, homemade sweets and much more.
Dinner in a decelerated style with a selection of hot and cold appetizers, salad variations, toppings, soups as well as also partially served courses and much more.
You are also welcome to book the room including a gourmet breakfast.

In the interests of all guests, dogs can only be accepted in certain areas or rooms in the hotel. These are set on the 1st floor and the barrier-free double room Seeblick Achensee Superior on the 2nd floor. Please let us know with your request if you are bringing a dog. Price per day and dog is € 25,- (without food).
For the final cleaning service with Hyla we charge € 40,-.
Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are only allowed in certain areas of the restaurant. You are welcome to keep your dog on a lead in the garden. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on the bathing jetty for reasons of hygiene. There is a separate dog beach and open access for our four-legged friends. Find out more here
Homemade cake and ice cream specialties as well as small snacks await you all day in our Cafe-Bistro in Pertisau and in our garden with a direct view of the Achensee. As external day guests, we ask you to request a table in advance or directly at the reception.
