Choose what you feel like doing during your stay: With Einwaller's gourmet plus package you enjoy full flexibility and freedom. We freshly prepare our GenussPlus marketplace for you every day. A selection of fresh bread and pastries awaits you, served with homemade spreads. We also offer a varied salad bar with different dressings and toppings. Of course, we have also prepared delicious vegetarian options for you.
We are happy to serve you warm dishes directly to your table. Here we focus on traditional Tyrolean dishes, on recipes from the region spiced with a touch of Italian lifestyle. Every day you can choose from a meat and a fish dish as well as a vegetarian main course. Your dinner is completed with delicious cheese specialities from “Einwaller's GenussPlus” marketplace and a sweet dessert variation - Italian-inspired or classic Austrian.
FLEXIBILITY AND FREEDOM
Dinner in a decelerated style
We serve dinner at the Seehotel Einwaller daily from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in a decelerated style with, served courses and many other enjoyable dishes from Einwaller's gourmet plus marketplace.
For our hotel guests and also for external guests, we also offer an à la carte option from 6:00 to 9:00 pm upon reservation.
If you have other plans on an evening, you can opt out of dinner the night before and the amount will be credited to you at the end of your stay.
**Midweek-Break: Our restaurant is closed on Wednesday. We have recommendations to suit your taste and will be happy to make table reservations for you.

Our marketplace gives you the freedom to choose from a variety of delicious dishes. There is fresh bread and pastries served with homemade spreads, as well as a varied salad bar with different dressings, toppings appetizers and fine cheese selection.
Of course, we have also prepared delicious vegetarian dishes for you.
Depending on the season, Einwaller's Marktplatz offers you a culinary experience that skillfully combines a varied selection of dishes from the starter menu with freshly served main courses:
- In summer, a wide range of salads, starters and other delicacies await you in our marketplace, which you can enjoy at your leisure. The main courses, on the other hand, are served fresh and directly at your table so that you can sit back and relax.
- In winter, selected salads and soups are available on the market square, while the starters and main courses are also served directly.
In this way, we combine seasonal variety with attentive service and create an all-round enjoyable experience for you.
