For a pleasant stay at Seehotel Einwaller we have summarized the answers to the frequently asked questions for you.

At what times is the reception open?

Reception opening hours are daily from 8 am to 9.30 pm.

 

In which sizes are bathrobes available?

Two cosy bathrobes are provided for you during your stay. These are available as standard in the rooms in sizes M and XL. Additionally, bathrobes in XXL are available on request.

 

Are bath slippers available in the hotel?

Because we care about our nature, we strive to produce as little waste as possible. We therefore ask you to bring your own bathing slippers. Alternatively, we will be happy to provide some for you.

Where to park?

You will find free parking spaces for your car outside around the hotel grounds. An e-charging station is also located directly at the hotel. 

 

Is there a locked room for my ski equipment?  

Yes, we do have a locked room for your skis. There is also a ski boot warmer and a possibility to prepare and wax your skis.

 

Is there a locked room for my bike? 

Yes, we do have a locked room for your bikes. There is also a Servicepoint and a Dockingstation for e-bikes. 

 

Is it possible to rent bicycles at the hotel?

You can rent bicycles in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk) at the Sport Wöll and Sport Leither sports shops, as well as in Maurach at Sport Wörndle. You can store and also load the bicycles you have rented or brought yourself in our lockable bicycle room.

 

Is there a pool?

Unfortunately, our Seehotel does not yet have a pool. In summer you can refresh yourself in the largest bathing lake in Tyrol and enjoy your time on the private bathing jetty

 

At what hours do you serve breakfast and dinner?

We serve the gourmet breakfast from 8.00 to 11.00 am.

Dinner as part of the GenussPlus package is offered between 6.30 and 8.00 pm in summer and between 6.00 and 7.30 pm in winter (we ask guests to arrive at the table during this period).

In our à la carte restaurant we cook for you until 9.00 pm (8.30 pm in winter).

Please note our Midweek Break on Wednesday, here our kitchen remains closed and we are happy to hold restaurant recommendations according to your wishes.

 

Can I add the GenussPlus package as a breakfast guest?

You are welcome to book the Einwaller GenussPlus package (€ 34.00 per person) flexibly every day until 12.00 noon.

 

Is there a day spa for non-hotel guests?

Due to our "Simply Private" concept and the compact size of the hotel, we are unfortunately unable to offer a day spa for external guests.

 

Is it possible to get treatments at the hotel?

You are welcome to book various massage treatments with us. You will find our programme under Massages - Seehotel EINWALLER Achensee.

 

I have an intolerance - can this be taken into account in the kitchen?

Please let us know about your intolerances when booking, so that we can take this into account when preparing your dishes. If you have a vegan diet, we will create a menu for you as best we can. We are also happy to offer daily changing vegetarian alternatives. For special vegan dishes we allow ourselves to charge a surcharge in the amount of € 15,- per day/person for the extra effort.

 

What shopping facilities are there in Pertisau?

In the village there is a small Spar supermarket within walking distance with groceries and the essentials for daily life and a tobacconist's at Hotel Pfandler.

You will also find the Leithner and Wöll sports shops.

 

Is it possible to check in earlier or have breakfast on the day of arrival?

Check-in is at 3.00 pm. Early check-in is possible according to availability. You can have breakfast on the day of arrival for € 25.00 per person (special rate for house guests).

 

Is there a refrigerator available in the rooms?

A mini-fridge is available in all our rooms. However, it is not filled with a typical minibar - instead you can get drinks from our restaurant or take them from the Private Bar after closing time.

 

Is there an iron in the rooms?

You are welcome to get an iron and ironing board upon request at the reception.

 

How can I pay the bill?

You can pay the bill in cash, by debit card (EC), Visa or Mastercard.

 

Is a deposit required?

With the receipt of the booking confirmation the reservation is binding. We ask to make a deposit in the amount of 40% of the total arrangement price.

 

Is there Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests all over the hotel.

 

At what times is the Panorama-Rooftop SPA open?

Our Panorama-Rooftop SPA is open from 2.00 - 8.00 pm (earlier, in case of bad weather). The silent relaxing room is open from 10.00 am.

 

Can I still use the spa and jetty on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, the bathing jetty and the Panorama SPA can be used for EUR 20.00 per person (free of charge until 2 p.m., subject to availability).

Is it possible to book the 1,000-star Rooftop Room alone?

Due to weather uncertainty, the 1,000-star Rooftop Room can only be booked in combination with a conventional room (surcharge € 115.00 per person).

Alternativly we offer also our private SPA. Enjoy a bottle of prosecco or wine and some fresh fruits or cheese and use our Sauna in privately from 08.30 pm to 11.30 pm (surchage € 95.00 per person).

 

Can i take my dog with me to the Hotel? 

Out of consideration for the other guests, dogs can only be accomodated in certain areas or rooms in the hotel. These are set on the 1st Floor and the barrier-free room Seeblick Achensee Superior at the 2nd Floor. Please let us know if you want to take your dog with you. Price per day and dog are € 25,- (without food) 

We take the liberty to charge  ​​​€ 40.00 for the final room cleaning with Hyla.

Please note that the dog is also only allowed in selected areas in the restaurant. Dogs are only allowed on the bathing jetty if they do not disturb other guests. 

 

Are children permitted in the hotel?

In order to meet all guest requirements, children are only allowed from the age of 12. Thus, parents who want time off, couples and lovers alike find relaxation. Also for families it is therefore clear that in our house no children's attraction (playroom, etc.) is offered. 

 

What does the Achensee Guest Card include? 

Every guest receives the AchenseeCard (=Guestcard) free of charge from the first night. Included are regional bus, cross country trail fee, discounts for the steam cog railway and Achensee boat trip, mountain railways and museums. 

 

What does the Achensee experience card include?

The Achensee experience card (valid from may to october) and is chargeable. Included are the regional bus, unlimited use of the moutain railways, cog railways and Achensee boat trip and museums. 

 

Golf Club Achensee 

Our guests receive a  20% green fee discount. The golf course is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. 

 

Is there air conditioning?

Due to our unique location directly on the lake, at almost 1000m above sea level we offer the best air quality and therefore - also in the sense of the environment - like to do without technical air conditioning.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Within these 14 days, cancellation fees of 100% will apply. Likewise, 100% will be charged for no-shows or late arrivals. A rescheduling is considered a cancellation, and corresponding fees will apply.

 

Do I need travel insurance?

So that you can look forward to your holiday without any worries, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Is there a gym?

We do not have a traditional fitness studio in our boutique hotel. However, we warmly invite you to take advantage of the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery around Lake Achensee to get physically active. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming or simply strolling along the lakeshore, the natural beauty of our surroundings provides the perfect backdrop for your fitness routine.
