In order to bring some of the hotel's guidelines to you as transparent as possible, we have put together information on your booking and your stay here.

The reservation is binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
We ask for a deposit of 40% of the total arrangement price 14 days before arrival (cancellation deadline)
Secure the best price by booking early! Our prices are per person per night and are set according to the current occupancy. Our dynamic pricing model especially rewards guests who book early.
The prices are per person and day including Einwaller's gourmet plus package (gourmet breakfast and decelerated dinner) exclusive of the local tax of € 3 per person (from 15 years) and night. You are also welcome to book the room including the gourmet breakfast only (deduction per person and night € 34.00). Single use of the room on request.
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Within these 14 days, cancellation fees of 100% will apply. Likewise, 100% will be charged for no-shows or late arrivals. A rescheduling is considered a cancellation, and corresponding fees will apply.

At the moment there are no entry rules in austria because of the Sars-CoV 2 virus.
The rooms are available to our guests from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.
In the interest of all guests are allowed in the Seehotel Einwaller, children from 12 years. Thus, parents, couples and lovers, as well as families find equal relaxation and enjoyment.
In the interests of all guests, dogs can only be accepted in certain areas or rooms in the hotel. These are set on the 1st floor and the barrier-free double room Seeblick Achensee Superior on the 2nd floor. Please let us know with your request if you are bringing a dog. Price per day and dog is EUR 25.00 (without food).
For the final cleaning service with Hyla we charge € 40,-.
Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are only allowed in certain areas of the restaurant. You are welcome to keep your dog on a lead in the garden. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on the bathing jetty for reasons of hygiene. There is a separate dog beach and open access for our four-legged friends. Find out more here
Depending on availability, our guests can take advantage of a late check-out. If you check out by 12:00 noon, we grant this free of charge, after that we charge EUR 95.00 per room.
The panorama rooftop SPA and the hotel's own private bathing jetty can also be used on the day of departure for € 20.00 per person.
The panorama rooftop spa is open to our guests daily from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
You can enjoy Einwaller's gourmet plus package with an extended gourmet breakfast as well as dinner in a decelerated style with a selection of hot and cold starters, salad variations, toppings, soups as well as partly served courses and much more - in good weather also in our garden.
We are also happy to offer daily changing vegetarian alternatives. For special vegan dishes we allow ourselves to charge a surcharge in the amount of € 15,- per day/person for the extra effort.
**Midweek-Break: Our restaurant is closed on Wednesday. We have recommendations to suit your taste and will be happy to make table reservations for you.
You are welcome to reach our reception every day between 8.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m.
In our house we offer a daily cleaning service. A cleaning service, which only takes place every other day, can, however, protect the environment and valuable resources. Should you wish to change your towels every day, please contact our reception at any time.

Our boutique hotel is cleaned with an allergy-friendly approach using the HYLA air and space purification system. Mattresses are effectively rid of dust mites, and the air quality is significantly improved through the dust-reducing capabilities of the HYLA system.
