In order to bring some of the hotel's guidelines to you as transparent as possible, we have put together information on your booking and your stay here.

HYgiene Measures

For your safety

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellation fees of 100% apply in the event of no-show or late arrival.


Special regulation: In the event of another corona pandemic, or in the event of a current Covid-19 infection (which must be documented with a doctor's certificate), as well as a possible border closure, free cancellation is also possible shortly before arrival.


In order to fix your booking, we ask you to make a deposit of 30% of the total package price. Due to the current situation, the deposit is due one week before arrival.

The rooms are available to our guests from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.


In the interests of all guests, dogs can only be accepted in certain areas or rooms in the hotel. These are set on the 1st floor and the barrier-free double room Seeblick Achensee Superior on the 2nd floor. Please let us know with your request if you are bringing a dog. Price per day and dog is EUR 25.00 (without food).

For the final cleaning service with Hyla we charge € 40,-.

Depending on availability, our guests can take advantage of a late check-out. If you check out by 12:00 noon, we grant this free of charge, after that we charge EUR 80.00 per room.

The panorama rooftop SPA and the hotel's own private bathing jetty can also be used on the day of departure for € 20.00 per person.

The panorama rooftop spa is open to our guests daily from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

You are welcome to reach our reception every day between 8.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m.

In our house we offer a daily cleaning service. A cleaning service, which only takes place every other day, can, however, protect the environment and valuable resources. Should you wish to change your towels every day, please contact our reception at any time.
