We are breaking new ground - away from the classic half-board to a gourmet breakfast and dinner in a decelerated style with daily highlights. Bonnets and stars are not our focus. We want to surprise and inspire you with new ideas and more flexibility - that is our goal!
Einwaller's gourmet plus package can be entirely designed according to your needs: You decide spontaneously how much you want to be pampered by our culinary delights. Spending your day on the alpine pasture or in nearby Innsbruck? No problem! Just let us know the evening before that you won't be coming for dinner the next day and the amount will be credited to you at the end of your stay.

Our chef Gerhard Steinberger and his team skillfully implement Theodor Falser's ideas in the kitchen, combining traditional Tyrolean cuisine with a touch of Italian flair.
We serve dinner in a decelerated style with Aperitivo Lungo, partly served courses and many other enjoyable dishes from “Einwaller's gourmet plus” marketplace. Daily from 6:30 to 8:00 pm (winter from 6:00 to 7:30 pm). If you have other plans, you can cancel dinner easily.
Private Bar & Lounge - the very special bar with a library for cosy evenings with your favourite self-mixed drinks and a good book or in a social setting. The special feature? Our Private Bar does not require any service at all. You are your own bartender - and completely independent of opening hours.
For both breakfast and dinner, you can choose dishes to your own taste in our generously designed gourmet plus marketplace. The restaurant and marketplace await you in a modern design.
