Curd cheese cake


250 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
5 egg yolks
½ white bread without crust
40 g raisins
1100 g curd cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
vanilla sugar, lemon peel
7 egg whites
50 g sugar
Stir butter, sugar, flavors until it is a fluffy consistency. Add little by little the yolks, the raisins, sour cream, curd cheese and the bread previously softened and strained through a sieve. Whip the egg whites with sugar and stir into the dough. Pour it into a baking pan. You can use a thin layer of mixed dough as pastry case and as a cover. Mixed dough – ½ shortcrust, ½ puff pastry. Knead together. Bake for almost 1 hour at 180° degree.
